About Yuraa Scent

Yuraa Scent is a handmade candle brand. Our products are made in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent strength, shape, wax texture, and finish may occur.

Using this website

By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting forms, accounts, or checkout details. Customers must not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, submit false information, copy content, or use the website for illegal activity.

Product information

Product photos are for presentation. Because our candles are handmade, each piece may have slight natural variations in color, scent strength, shape, wax texture, and finish. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, InstaPay, card payment, or other methods shown or confirmed at checkout.

Orders

After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation message. An order is only confirmed after Yuraa Scent accepts it or after the required payment or confirmation step is completed. Yuraa Scent reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is unavailable, payment is not completed, or order details are incorrect.

Handmade production time

Some products are made to order. Production time may vary depending on product type, quantity, customization details, and material availability.

Custom orders

Custom products, personalized labels, messages, colors, scent choices, and made-to-order candles are prepared based on the customer's selected details. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, and messages before confirming the order. Once a custom order has started production, it may not be cancelled or changed.

Custom candle payment

For all custom candle orders, the customer must pay the full order amount in advance before the order is confirmed or production begins. Custom candles include personalized labels, custom messages, special colors, scent selections, names, dates, gift notes, or any made-to-order design. Custom candle orders cannot be confirmed, reserved, or produced without full payment.

Custom order cancellation

After production has started, custom candle orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error from Yuraa Scent.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. The customer is responsible for delivery fees unless a free-shipping offer applies. Failed delivery, wrong address details, or re-delivery may require an additional courier fee.

Returns and refunds

Products may be eligible for return or exchange according to applicable consumer protection rules, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom, personalized, used, damaged, melted, opened, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and order number.

Candle safety

Always trim the wick before lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, papers, and flammable materials. Do not burn for more than the recommended time. Stop using the candle when a small amount of wax remains. Yuraa Scent is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsafe burning, or failure to follow candle care instructions.

Allergies and sensitivities

Our candles may contain fragrance oils and other materials that may cause sensitivity for some individuals. Customers with allergies, asthma, pregnancy-related sensitivities, pets, or health concerns should review ingredients or contact us before use.

Intellectual property

Website content, photography, branding, product names, and design assets belong to Yuraa Scent unless otherwise stated and should not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

Yuraa Scent is not responsible for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, delivery issues outside our control, or damage caused by incorrect use of our products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
