Custom, personalized, used, damaged, melted, opened, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or incorrect due to an error from Yuraa Scent.
Because our candles are handmade, each piece may have slight natural variations in color, scent strength, shape, wax texture, and finish. These handmade variations are normal and are not considered defects.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and order number.
Approved refunds or exchanges are processed after we review the case and receive any required information or returned item. Refund timing may vary depending on the payment method, and any delivery cost will be confirmed before arranging an exchange.
