An order is prepared after it has been accepted by Yuraa Scent and the required confirmation or payment step is completed. We may contact you to confirm address, product, customization, or payment details before dispatch.

Handmade production time

Some products are made to order. Production time may vary depending on product type, quantity, customization details, and material availability. Custom candles may need additional preparation time before delivery.

Delivery details

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you if we need to confirm address details or arrange a suitable delivery window.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees, free-shipping offers, and any delivery limitations are shown during checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. Unless a free-shipping offer applies, the customer is responsible for delivery fees.

Failed delivery or incorrect address
